Good info Bob H. Looking at your bike, it looks like aftermarket mufflers (possibly not). If they are who is the manufacturer? I have been looking for a V&H Header 4 into 1, but they are no longer made.

Bob,thanks for the reply. I will check into the Delkevic headers, or maybe just leave it all stock - HA. Sometimes the old saying"loud pipes save lives" is just a saying, and quiet is nice too.

Check the engine oil for gasoline contamination!!!

Gas damages oil and destroys the lubrication properties.

Solved rattling noise. Realized defunct OEM horn on my 1992 Honda CB750 Nighthawk was vibrating and hitting the aftermarket metal LED headlight housing, so I removed the disconnected horn (having long since replaced it with an air horn), and voila, no rattle.

Also installed GoPro mirror mounts.

Also obtained and began using Nelson Rigg cover to protect from dust and scratches within garage.

Filled tank with "pure gas" took a ride to get it in the carbs, getting ready for winter. Cancelled insurance as well.

Took her to a locksmith who unsuccessfully attempted to remove the broken Givi key fragment from my left Givi E21 Hardcase, with my spare visors, winter gloves, etc. in it (wants me to come back sometime to try again with different tools, rather than drilling it out since I've got six Givi lock cylinders keyed alike).

Immediately afterwards, took her on a night ride via one of the local HD Dealerships, last night.

DRASER, sometimes it is better to not cancel your insurance and just put it on storage for 6 months, that way you still have theft & fire damage coverage. Put my 96 750NH in storage just last week. Just waiting for spring / summer to arrive.
