Added my (2) Iron Butt Association (IBA) member/achievement license plate backers to my black, 1992 Honda CB750 Nighthawk, last night.

Installed a pair of these smoked, universal motorcycle touring hand guards to my 1992 Honda CB750 Nighthawk last night and tested'em out, tonight. Ride year round in PA, USA, so primarily to combat cold, but also rain and debris. What do you guys think? 👍or👎?

Had her in the rain much of the afternoon. Happy to report gloves stayed completely dry, despite not being waterproof, thanks to newly installed hand guards. (Otherwise, I was in full Joe Rocket & Nelson Rigg rain gear).

BTW: You can spot the aforementioned Superbrace in this pic, too.

Where it all began, late one evening in NY, before trailering her home to PA, all stock/OEM, at the point of purchase. (Came across this last night, while looking for something else).

Wow, it's night and day how she rides with all four pieces of luggage removed and tires aired to 33/33 (instead of 33/41). Fun! Was also seeing if I liked rock'n the white armored mesh Joe Rocket jacket or not when it's in the high 80°F's/low 90°F's. Def. helped, but black or white, mesh breathes pretty nicely either way I'd say.

My oldest son and I recently (on: 6/26/2022) reinforced the two, new front turn signals / indicators and I'm quite pleased with the results:

Got her back from the shop today.

Upgraded her from bias ply to radial (at forum's suggestion). However, with current pandemic related supply chain issues which affects availability of rubber and what not, could not locate a matching radial pair actually in stock at manufacturers specs, so went with closest non-back ordered available:

Pirelli Angel GT 110/80R18 (Front)
Pirelli Angel GT 150/70ZR1769V (Rear)

Front is balance beaded; rear is old school weighted.

Replaced sprockets (RR 38T; C/S 15T).

Replaced chain (PU 525 O-Ring X 110L).

(Also, finally bought some official chain cleaner/degreaser and a brush chain moose).

Crazy how quickly the $ all adds up, but all long overdue and extra time is something of a rarity nowadays, with all I'm juggling.
