Yeeesh.  Did you try grabbing it out with 2 razor blades?

No, but I had 2-3 professional Locksmiths patiently try seemingly every Locksmithing tool they had, and eventually recommend I drill it out, which I successfully did.

You should be able to get another key barrel from Givi if you took the code off the barrel face before you drilled it (or off another case if you have a matched set).

Thankfully because I have six Givi cases, which I'd already keyed alike, I borrowed one from a rarely used one, which I can always swap back over later if needed. Also kept all old cylinders and clips, for backup, which came in handy.
