 Where I live, E-bikes have become very popular with teens of all ages. Some of them have become "e-bike bullies"

Others wear unsafe helmets,  ride on busy sidewalks oftentimes too fast, ride 2-3 passengers, and ride on busy roads, often doing wheelies oftentimes for blocks.
