Phenolic caliper pistons

FYI - Saw these on a Z1 / KZ forum. Never heard of phenolic as piston material before, but research shows it's fairly common in the automotive world.  They have phenolic caliper pistons for some older CB750's.

Phenolic resin aka Bakelite.
Interesting idea.  Would presumably help stop them seizing up if you don't use the bike for a while.
