Are Nighthawk 750 Wheels compatible with a Nighthawk 250?

There are a number of different CB750 models, but I assume you're talking about the 1996-2003.
I've never heard of anybody trying this swap.  I'd say it's unlikely as the frames are pretty different.

Space between the swingarm arms, (and you will need spacers)
Axle diameter/length
The same offset of the sprocket/wheel when mounted?
mounting of the disc brake, hoses, different rear brake lever, will it fit/adapt?
rubber damper inside the hub, will it mate?
wheel diameter/size might be a problem if they are different.
