The old sight glasses are in need of replacement. I've looked around, seems most replacements are very universals. Anybody got a goto vendor? Or should I try the dealer?

The sight glasses themselves can be removed (they're plastic) and then replaced with watch crystals.  Use a micrometer to measure the diameter and then order some new ones.  They're available in many different thicknesses.  I used to have measurements but they got lost in the time-before-last Forum crash.  Apparently a US dime is a perfect fit though, so I guess you could also look for something with those dimensions.
JB Weld works to hold the new glasses in place.

This is also an opportunity to clean and refurb the master cylinders.

Bought 3 sets off of ebay a while back, used 2 in the Magnas and last one in the just finished Shadow, look good and no leaks. They press fit into the clean opening and seal via o-ring. I use a small socket to tap'em in. Little grease on the o-ring and sides for easy install.
