Cable length w/handlebar swap

Hi all.  Assuming I can get my Nighthawk 450 back on the road, I want to swap the handlebar with low rise tracker bars.  Is this enough of a change that requires shorter cables?  TIA

I wouldn't have thought that you would need to change to shorter, since you can usually take up slack like that by routing things slightly differently or just having them curve a little wider.
