Hey fellas.

My brake caliper nipples had rounded off and they was impossible to move so I had to replace them.

I settled on these:

However, they look very different to the originals. The pointy bit on the new ones are not pointy at all and they have a longer thread and I am not sure the hole sits in the correct place due to the length of the new ones.

What do you think. Will these still be ok to use?

Here is an image comparing my old ones and these new ones that arrived today.

The angle of the point is the critical factor.  Length not so much.  To me, those look like they are different tapers so my guess is that they will leak.

Hmm I thought it was dodgy.

I have spoken to David Silver Spares and they say those nipples do fit my Nighthawk going off my vin number, but clearly these are not like the original.

They have asked the warehouse to compare this pattern with the original and they will get back to me so I'll let you know what they say.
