Evening chaps.

So this evening I'm stuck. I'm trying to remove the headlight out of the bikini fairing.

I have the whole unit off in my hands and I just can't fathom it. How on earth does the headlight come away from the fairing?

I'm assuming it has something to do with these 3 alignment screws inside but no matter which way I twist them the headlamp is not coming out.

Any ideas ?

Ta muchly 👍

Scratch that, I did it  ;D

You have to keep undoing the adjustment knobs and then it will fall out.

Mine are rusted and really difficult to turn, that was the problem I was having. It rounded the posi head off but I managed to twist it by hand, my poor hands now red raw but it's sorted 👍

There are no Pozi/Philips screws anywhere on a Japanese bike.  That's part of why the head rounded off.  They're all JIS.
It may seem like a trivial difference, but it becomes significant when you have to apply any amount of torque.
