Myself and others have found that your late model NH runs well with radials.
It can be a challenge to find the 18" front then that same mfg for the rear.

Avon makes great tires, I ran 150 rather than 140 for the rear for my last 2 sets from Avon (storm or spirit).

I just put on some Dunlop Mutants that I am very happy with, the rear is a low profile 150 and it has no problems whatsoever.

Bias ply is good for HEAVY bikes. You could go that way, no problem. It seems the BT46 has better compound than the older BT45 which I was not fond of. Felt like riding on wood.

I have Battlax tyres on my NC700X and like them a lot.  Haven't tried them on a Nighthawk though.
