How should I pack for a 3 day camping trip

I want to camp this summer with my bike.  I already have Nelson-Rigg CL-855s - 30 liters per bag.  I would love to see photos of how you pack for a short overnight road trip, with your tent and sleeping bag.  Oh and tent model/brand recommendations would be most welcome!  I have lots of experience car camping with BSA.

Here's my setup from a couple of Ramapo 500's.  I had a K&G Engineering rack on the bike, so any bag would mount in that place (I don't remember the brand on the bag, sorry).  These were for a single night, but there was plenty of room for more gear.
The tank bag is a little Joe Rocket magnetic thing that someone gave me.  A larger one would be better.




I have hard side cases and a tail case on my NC-700X, so I carry an air mattress instead of a bedroll.  An air mattress would have worked under a cargo mat on the 700S though.
