Rear fairing mounting part

Looking for a part shown on P. 2-4 of the Honda Service Manual 1991-1999 listed as "(6) collars". They go inside the front two mounting holes in the rear fairing. I'm looking for one of these if anybody has any they could part with. The Honda part number is: 77222-MW3-670. The 10mmX50mm bolts that go thru the collar are available but this "collar" is discontinued. Thanks.

Did you try eBay?
That looks like the kind of thing that doesn't need to be absolutely specific to one particular bike.  So long as it's the right length and goes through the fairing hole, it should be possible to use one from any source.  I would probably try to replace both sides so that they match if you do end up going with something that isn't the exact original part number.
