What years final drive assembly are compatible with my 1992 Honda CB 750 Nighthawk?

For example, is a 1999 one fully compatible with my 1992, or no?

I believe the only thing they changed from 1991 through 2003 was the colors. Partzilla would likely show the same part number.

Yes they will be compatible, 91-03 750 in the US all used the same parts.
