EVERYONE who comes here should find a warm welcome and be well received.

To this end, we have established a few simple rules which allow for a broad diversity of opinions and points of view to express themselves, without creating disharmony and ill-will. They are as follows:

1. Absolutely NO personal attacks will be tolerated, no exceptions!

2. Hard language is strongly discouraged. Keeping it clean and respectful is preferred.

3. Should it become necessary to ban someone from our forums, they are very rarely, if ever, given a second chance.

4. This forum has a policy of tolerance and inclusion. Prejudicial language and behavior is absolutely forbidden and may result in loss of posting privileges. Racial, Sexist or religious slights of any kind are absolutely not tolerated, nor are slights against other groups based on sexual orientation, age, class, IQ, ethnicity or similar features.

5. Sexual Harassment of ANY KIND will not be tolerated.

6. Political and religious discussions often generate unnecessary arguments, and are therefore strongly discouraged.

7.  Sales, trades, commercial advertising, swaps, and purchases are restricted to the Classified Ads section.  Any such postings made outside of that area will be moved or, if the posting member has fewer than 20 posts, deleted.

8. nighthawkforums.com assumes no responsibility for any bad deals in the Classifieds Forums. Buy/trade/sell at your own risk!!!! Access to the Classified Ads section is restricted to members with over 25 posts for security reasons.

9. New users who make "filler" posts in an attempt to reach the 25 required to access the Classified Ads will be warned against this practice. If the behavior continues, the member will be removed from the Forum.

10. Providing download links or guidance, or any unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted materials is prohibited.

11. The management of this Forum does not condone theft, trading in stolen property, or the aiding and abetting of those who do. Any such discussions regarding stolen property will be dealt with swiftly, and the offending member risks complete loss of membership privileges in our Forums.

12. The Owners and Staff of nighthawkforums.com have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread and remove or change any avatar, username or signature for any reason.
