Safety question

We all want to be safer on the road, and many of our bikes have headlights that are permanently on. One other safety-related mod that comes to mind are LED replacement lighting. I for one, would like to change several things out on my bike. One, a LED headlight that doesn't burn out in several hundred miles. And several ways to make drivers more aware of me, such as pulsing headlights/tailights. Anyone done this? Any other safety-related mods you know of?

I have these front and rear https://skenelights.com/Photon-Blaster-Alert-and-Turn-Signals_p_50.html
Not cheap - but they are unique in the way they flicker.

I put some LED spot lights up front that are no longer available on Amazon, they were cheap and super bright. I'm sure there are others available.

I replaced my tail light - brake light bulbs with these, they flash when apply brake and work well.

Also wear hi-viz jacket and helmet, I look like a clown going down the road but people see me a lot more than they did before.

Also a LED headlight with high beams on at same time as lows. I turn the high's off at night but leave them on during the day, as many motorcycles do.

This was an expensive headlight - but there are others that cost a lot more.

I'm pretty sure that ALL Nighthawks have permanent headlights.  I know it has been required in all US states since like 1976.

My 700S takes H4 bulbs; not sure about other Nighthawks.  I have these in the H4 version in my Land Rover:  https://auxbeam.com/products/spu00174?sscid=41k7_gtiv5
They work really well, without any modifications.

That said, I still have a standard auto bulb on my bike, BUT I am running relay-switched power to the front headshell.  I use that source to power relays for both headlight beams, the horn, and a dual USB outlet for GPS and phone.  The better power supply noticeably increases the headlight output.

Best safety addition IMHO is the addition of an ACTUAL horn(s), rather than the maybe wake the sleeping dog beeper.
After adding dual Fiamms, I can't tell you how many times I've gotten the attention of an otherwise brain dead driver.
