Does anyone know if any company out there makes a chrome rear seat grab bar to ease getting it on the center stand? Thanks.

For what bike?

The trick with getting any bike onto the centre stand is to push down on the footpeg, rather than trying to lift it.  Sounds weird, but it works.

I have the 96 Nighthawk. I used the old roll the bike back and step on the center stand while lifting on the grab bar trick on my old 73 Kawasaki 900 Z! Your right it does work.

By the way how do I enter my current and past bikes below my name? Any assistance is appreciated, thanks!

Try riding over a piece of scrap plywood, one wheel like the back one.
It will lift the back end 1/2" or 3/4" whatever and makes a huge difference. The rear tire will be above the plywood, so you can just pull it away after the bike is on the center stand.

I would be very reluctant to put weight on a centerstand to lift the bike while it is rolling backwards.

I find this to a an excellent video on how to get your bike on the center stand. The bike in the video actually has a handle to grab.  I typically grab the bottom of the tail fairing or the strap on my seat.  It really doesn't take much effort once you figure out the technique.  I think a grab bar, like the one I have but haven't put on would be too far back to get the proper leverage. My grab bar is supposed to be located at the back of the seat.  The place to grab is just behind where you are stepping down one the center stand.  What he says at the beginning of the process "the bike becomes stable once both feet of the center stand are on the ground".  It feels a little......hmmmmm.......off?  It seems like my bike is just leaning away from me a little bit, feels like, oops I'm letting it go down on the other side, but ever so slightly.  BUT it's actually stable if your foot, which is should be, is on the center stand step point.  Then......stand up and pull up, NOT back. Easy as that, haha with some practice.
