Hi Guy's

I am not having fun time bleeding the front brakes on my 1982 CB650SC Night Hawk. I have installed a new Master Cylinder, rebuilt Calipers, and a set of braided lines. So, the system is empty. I have bled it over and over, I do have a small feeling of brake.  Unfortunately, it seems that I have gone through 500ml of brake fluid to get here.  I have used a Vacuum Bleeder, and the normal method and there might still be air in the lines.

Thanks
Noel

Put it on the side stand and leave it with the master cylinder cap slightly loose, with the handlebars turned to the left (so that the brake master is at its highest point.  Leave it like that for at least a day.
Air bubbles should ride upwards and leave the system.  If you still have air in it after that, you've got a leak somewhere.

I will give that a shot, there are no leaks.  If I pressurise the brake system, there should be fluid leaks, but there aren't any.  There doesn't seem to be air in the system when bleeding.

There's reverse bleeding with a syringe and vinyl tubing up from the caliper.

Can put The lid on, tie the brake lever pretty hard in the applied position over night.
