My headlight has gone, high beam still works, but the low beam is gone.

Trying to find a new one seems to be impossible, I've found the part number 33120-KPJ-670, but the only store online I've seen selling it is out of stock, and I can't find any info on if there are other equivalent parts. I've found a part online labelled as 33120-333-670 but it's not listed as fitting the 2005 nighthawk, and I can't find any other info other than that it looks pretty much the same.

I'd previously bought an LED headlight, but  it was too big for the housing(just baaaarely like a couple mm too big that I just couldn't quite jam it in). So i want either the same type of headlight as the original or something that I know will actually fit

Would this work?  https://www.partzilla.com/product/honda/33120-092-671

Or could you find an aftermarket plastic one on eBay, just to serve as a temporary, until you're able to source something more permanent?  I don't know the CB250 well but my sense is that there's nothing in the bucket other than the light itself.

Someone on Ebay had a stock of them, looks like they have 3 left

When I bought my carb diaphragms from Partzilla last year, they were marked down as "clearance" (but still expensive).
Now they show out of stock, unavailable. But I saw them appear on Ebay, New Old Stock OEM Honda diaphragms.

It occurred to me that the last year of the late model 750 was 20 years old.  It is a crime, but I think the parts warehouses are looking at the bottom line and the cost of maintaining inventory.

Your bike is approaching that same age. "Bam" they are unavailable.
But exist on a secondary market. Someone who buys up old stock cheap, and hopes to find a buyer for limited market.

I am 68 years old and remember when hardware stores stocked EVERY SIZE of fasteners, and ancient plumbing parts long discontinued.
Now - everything has a bar code and if the bean counter says that the odd length bolt is not moving fast enough - they stop selling it and use that shelf space for some feminine hygiene product.

I had one of these for 6 months back in 16. Never knew it had one of those PIA headlights.

Any conversion kits for an H4 bulb?

Still available from Honda...For $63. 😲
