bike lift

  I recently got a motorcycle lift, the possible problem is using it on my '85 650 NH It's age unknown, but it reminds me of a Harbor freight item. It has two contact points, and I'm worried that it would crush the pipes.

Some lift users have made spacers of 2x4 or 4x4 or other wood or assembly to fit the bottom of the bike better.

If you can find an affordable motorcycle table lift, I would highly recommend that. I use it for my bikes, and with attaching side ramps (that came with the lift) I can even put my riding mower on there for maintenance. It sure beats working on the floor, especially when you older!
