Question on part interchangeability US vs CAN Nighthawk S

Are the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings the same parts between both the 700 US model and the Canadian 750cc model?

Unfortunately I've been having a hell of a time finding actual parts lists for the 750cc.

The bearing shells will be the same parts, but the crank and rod assemblies are different.  I believe the thickness codes are the same.
